Overcoming the Spirit of Unsanctified Mercy, & the Harsh Words of The KING OF KINGS

There is a difference between becoming the JUDGE, Who is Jesus and DISCERNING right from wrong spirit in another. Right now I want to share what the Lord shared with me as a young friend was sharing their heart and I was discerning the spirit of unsanctified mercy which pervades the church of Jesus Christ.
Jezebel spirit = FLESH/ Self on the Throne of the heart = Religious spirit with Divination = Queen of Heaven [who is actually the Queen of HELL ] =The GREAT HARLOT of Revelation who will persecute the saints of which the I AM says:
Rev 2:18-28 AMP And to the angel (messenger) of the assembly (church) in Thyatira write: These are the words of the Son of God, Who has eyes that flash like a flame of fire, and Whose feet glow like bright and burnished and white-hot bronze: [Dan 10:6.] 19 I know your record and what you are doing, your love and faith and service and patient endurance, and that your recent works are more numerous and greater than your first ones.
20 But I have this against you: that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess [claiming to be inspired], and who is teaching and leading astray my servants and beguiling them into practicing sexual vice and eating food sacrificed to idols. [1 Kings 16:31; 2 Kings 9:22,30.] 21 I gave her time to repent, but she has no desire to repent of her immorality [symbolic of idolatry] and refuses to do so. 22 Take note: I will throw her on a bed [of anguish], and those who commit adultery with her [her paramours] I will bring down to pressing distress and severe affliction, unless they turn away their minds from conduct [such as] hers and repent of their doings.
23 And I will strike her children (her proper followers) dead [thoroughly exterminating them]. And all the assemblies (churches) shall recognize and understand that I am He Who searches minds (the thoughts, feelings, and purposes) and the [inmost] hearts, and I will give to each of you [the reward for what you have done] as your work deserves. [Ps 62:12; Jer 17:10.] 24 But to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold this teaching, who have not explored and known the depths of Satan, as they say--I tell you that I do not lay upon you any other [fresh] burden: 25 Only hold fast to what you have until I come.
[ depths of Satan – I.e. In James it says where envy and SELF SEEKING are, Every evil thing is ! ]
26 And he who overcomes (is victorious) and who obeys My commands to the [very] end [doing the works that please Me], I will give him authority and power over the nations; 27 And he shall rule them with a sceptre (rod) of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, and [his power over them shall be] like that which I Myself have received from My Father; [Ps 2:8,9.] 28 And I will give him the Morning Star. 29 He who is able to hear, let him listen to and heed what the [Holy] Spirit says to the assemblies (churches).
When did the Lord ever rationalize the behavior of the Pharisees ?
I want you to think about that, because those are the words the LORD spoke to me when I was thinking on this issue of “do not judge”. We are not to be Judge and jury, but we are to DISCERN and to avoid those who teach apostasy, or who do not follow the teachings of the Lord. Discerning is NOT being the JUDGE & JURY. We ARE CALLED TO DISCERN. WE ARE CALLED TO SEPARATE OURSELVES FROM THE UNGODLY especially within the church. Those who are saved are to be RESPONSIBLE for their behavior and REPENT, to apologize, to make recompense when they can, like Zaccheus.
What has happened is that the church has NOT confronted and judged with discernment, thus wolves have crept in among the sheep. It seems the church does not read the bible any more, or else forgets what is taught by JESUS CHRIST in it. The harshest words in the bible are to the Pharisees – those who should have known better. Remember these are the words of JESUS, not just any person, but the Lord HIMSELF !
Matt 23:14-21 AMP Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you swallow up widows' houses and for a pretense to cover it up make long prayers; therefore you will receive the greater condemnation and the heavier sentence. 15 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you travel over sea and land to make a single proselyte, and when he becomes one [a proselyte], you make him doubly as much a child of hell (Gehenna) as you are. 16 Woe to you, blind guides, who say, If anyone swears by the sanctuary of the temple, it is nothing; but if anyone swears by the gold of the sanctuary, he is a debtor [bound by his oath].
17 You blind fools! For which is greater: the gold, or the sanctuary of the temple that has made the gold sacred? [Ex 30:29.] 18 You say too, Whoever swears by the altar is not duty bound; but whoever swears by the offering on the altar, his oath is binding. 19 You blind men! Which is greater: the gift, or the altar which makes the gift sacred? 20 So whoever swears by the altar swears by it and by everything on it. 21 And he who swears by the sanctuary of the temple swears by it and by Him Who dwells in it. [1 Kings 8:13; Ps 26:8.]
22 And whoever swears by heaven swears by the throne of God and by Him Who sits upon it. 23 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you give a tenth of your mint and dill and cummin, and have neglected and omitted the weightier (more important) matters of the Law--right and justice and mercy and fidelity. These you ought [particularly] to have done, without neglecting the others. 24 You blind guides, filtering out a gnat and gulping down a camel! [Lev 27:30; Mic 6:8.]
25 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the plate, but within they are full of extortion (prey, spoil, plunder) and grasping self-indulgence. 26 You blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and of the plate, so that the outside may be clean also. 27 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you are like tombs that have been whitewashed, which look beautiful on the outside but inside are full of dead men's bones and everything impure.
28 Just so, you also outwardly seem to people to be just and upright but inside you are full of pretense and lawlessness and iniquity. [Ps 5:9.] 29 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, pretenders (hypocrites)! For you build tombs for the prophets and decorate the monuments of the righteous,
30 Saying, If we had lived in the days of our forefathers, we would not have aided them in shedding the blood of the prophets. 31 Thus you are testifying against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets. 32 Fill up, then, the measure of your fathers' sins to the brim [so that nothing may be wanting to a full measure].
33 You serpents! You spawn of vipers! How can you escape the penalty to be suffered in hell (Gehenna)? 34 Because of this, take notice: I am sending you prophets and wise men (interpreters and teachers) and scribes (men learned in the Mosaic Law and the Prophets); some of them you will kill, even crucify, and some you will flog in your synagogues and pursue and persecute from town to town,
Jesus came out of the desert saying REPENT FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND ! Peter when he preached at Pentacost said:
Acts 2:37-38 NKJV
37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" 38 Then Peter said to them,"Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
In the sermon on the Mount Jesus said…
Matt 7:12-23 NKJV So then, whatever you desire that others would do to and for you, even so do also to and for them, for this is (sums up) the Law and the Prophets. 13 Enter through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and spacious and broad is the way that leads away to destruction, and many are those who are entering through it. 14 But the gate is narrow (contracted by pressure) and the way is straitened and compressed that leads away to life, and few are those who find it. [Deut 30:19; Jer 21:8.]
15 Beware of false prophets, who come to you dressed as sheep, but inside they are devouring wolves. [Ezek 22:27.] 16 You will fully recognize them by their fruits. Do people pick grapes from thorns, or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every healthy (sound) tree bears good fruit [worthy of admiration], but the sickly (decaying, worthless) tree bears bad (worthless) fruit.
18 A good (healthy) tree cannot bear bad (worthless) fruit, nor can a bad (diseased) tree bear excellent fruit [worthy of admiration]. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and cast into the fire. 20 Therefore, you will fully know them by their fruits. 21 Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name? 23 And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands]. [Ps 6:8.]
and… Matt 6:24 AMP No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will stand by and be devoted to the one and despise and be against the other. You cannot serve God and mammon ( deceitful riches, money, possessions, or whatever is trusted in).
Jesus did die on the cross for our sins, and HE did take the punishment for all our sins IF WE REPENT. Yes because of grace we may need to repent again and again, and again till we get it right. Practicing righteousness leads to righteousness as well, but we MUST APOLOGIZE, and REPENT! But JEZEBEL AND AHAB do not repent ! THAT is the point. They never want to admit they are wrong. They never apologize for the chaos and destruction they cause in the lives of others.
THAT SPIRIT OF JEZEBEL IN MEN OR WOMEN IS NOT TO BE JUST TOLERATED. It is to be confronted. And if they are unrepentant, what they will do, unlike David when he was confronted by Samuel, and repented, they will be more like SAUL and make an excuse, or find a way around really apologizing or forgiving, or repenting for their actions. Their PRIDE is too much in the way.
Pride defends the self on the throne. Jesus said, HE HAS THIS AGAINST YOU, that you TOLERATE that woman jezebel who causes others to sin. The love of GOD is sure. HE IS LOVE. But he is not given to unsanctified mercy, though His mercy is GREAT to all who are willing to REPENT…Naturally we need to pray for such people to come to repentance. But we are not to TOLERATE their behavior and bad influence on the body of Christ, and especially less mature believers. If you don't protect the body of Christ which is the role of the watchman, then you are allowing the enemy to come into the flock and devour.
REPENT AND BE SAVED is spoken over and over again in the New Testament. The young man who was having illicit incest with his father’s wife was kicked out of the church for while to separate him from others, that he might not be an evil influence UNTIL HE REPENTED, then Paul admonished them to allow him back, so as not to crush his spirit entirely.
BUT without HOLINESS it says NO ONE WILL SEE THE LORD. Now the thing is that GOD judges the HEART. If the heart is repentant, it will be more HUMBLE, and not resist apologies/repentance. We cannot always judge someone's heart motives but the WORD does. When we also speak the WORD OF TRUTH, it divides between bone and marrow...it goes to the heart of the matter.
The problem is that religious types have bruised and wounded the sheep Rather than healing them, so another problem invaded WIth people's defensiveness coming into rulership and not allowing ANY correction. Just because some of the
Church does not take the TIME to weigh issues, and discern the heart of tohers, and have relationship with people enough to do so, does not mean it's wrong to DISCERN the spirit in others. We can't kick everyone out of the church for we ALL are being delivered and healed [ sanctification Is process ] but we CAN confront those who are of such a spirit of jezebel/ahab where flesh is ruling and causing hurt to all those around them. We CAN do it in LOVE. We CAN say, "I know you have been hurt a lot, but you can't push people around or manipulate them to do what you want them to do."
Some people NEVER progress in their walk because of lack of loving confrontation. We cannot make excuses for people all the time. That is what is called in recovery, CO-DEPENDENT. Co-dependents make excuses all the time for others and cripple people by doing that instead of confronting. LOVE CONFRONTS…GENTLY, but it confronts. It is an admonishment that those who are mature should do that and not in an arrogant attitude. But when people are not willing to change, there is NO impetus to force people together in a false sort of unity which is schizophrenic at best ! Loving confrontation will be the subject of another email and others have written on it. Steve Sampson has a book on Confronting Jezebel which you may want to read.
2 Tim 2:25-26 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; 26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
2 Tim 3:4-8 AMP [They will be] treacherous [betrayers], rash, [and] inflated with self-conceit. [They will be] lovers of sensual pleasures and vain amusements more than and rather than lovers of God. 5 For [although] they hold a form of piety (true religion), they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it [their conduct belies the genuineness of their profession]. Avoid [all] such people [turn away from them].
6 For among them are those who worm their way into homes and captivate silly and weak-natured and spiritually dwarfed women, loaded down with [the burden of their] sins [and easily] swayed and led away by various evil desires and seductive impulses. 7[These weak women will listen to anybody who will teach them]; they are forever inquiring and getting information, but are never able to arrive at a recognition and knowledge of the Truth. 8 Now just as Jannes and Jambres were hostile to and resisted Moses, so these men also are hostile to and oppose the Truth. They have depraved and distorted minds, and are reprobate and counterfeit and to be rejected as far as the faith is concerned. [Ex 7:11.]
Note that it doesn’t say RECONCILE YOURSELF TO THEM. The bible admonishes us in James to be at peace as much as is possible with all others, but it DOES NOT CALL US TO A FALSE PEACE. Just as at the time of WWII Bonhoeffer and others separated themselves from a church that would go along with the Nazi’s persecution of Jews, whilst the Catholic church signed themselves up and many protestants as well with the Nazi party dogma, the others SEPARATED themselves from the pretenders.
It will be no different in this hour, for JESUS warned us that they will turn us over to authorities, and that members of our own house would be our enemies. Yet we tend to think in a FANTASY WORLD, that all people who are Christian are our friends, and mean well. If JESUS WAS WOUNDED IN THE HOUSE OF HIS OWN FRIENDS, will we not also suffer in the same way? He warned the apostles, that if they were persecuted in one city to go to the next, and to brush the dust off their feet.
The same is true for todays’ church that refuses the true prophets and prefers the HANANIAH’s who only speak tintillating words that make people feel good about themselves. MANY modern day prophets teach that that is the only kind of real prophetic word we are to give in the new testament, which is a FALSE
TEACHING of course, but that ‘s a whole other story.
The Jezebel/Ahab/Harlot church wants to compromise with the world. It approves of wallowing in sinful lifestyles, overlooking sin, as opposed to working out your deliverance with fear and trembling. Jesus told the people, listen to what the Pharisees TEACH, but DO NOT DO AS THEY DO. So they were teaching the word but not doing it. Which is why He said, be doers of the Word, not just hearers in James.
Me, MYSELF and I are on the throne with those who walk in the FLESHLY life of jezebel/ahab. It’s all about what I want, not about what GOD wants.

Then Uses Information as leverage for power

Insubordination - [root fear of authority and rebellion due to that]
Is pushy and domineering – pressures you to do things – make others feel like they don’t have enough sense to think for themselves. Assume they know better [ pride ]
Clairvoyant – supernatural help from demons in knowing and sensing information [ familiar spirits working - like will know who you were with]
Uses the element of SURPRISE – control in catching you offguard. [Will just show up without appointment or calling.] Common to tell half truths to implicate others in your eyes.
Sow seeds of discord - [ will lie and slander you to destroy you]
Commands attention – always very self seeking. Quickly will undermine your accomplishments
Vengeful – [jez is never wrong in their own opinion. If you confront them, you become their worst enemy. ]
Attempts to make YOU look like you’re the jez
Insinuates disapproval
Knows it all – Quick to express their own opinion
AMBITIOUS – strong desire, but all for SELF. “I want what I want, when I want it” “MY vision is thus and so”
Gift giving: manipulates through giving of gifts to make you feel obligated to them. Obviously not everyone who gives gifts is a controller, but this is a tactic used by that spirit. [ for the express purpose to control you, feelings, etc.]
Independence - No one has input into their life. [Doesn't seek opinions of others, only interested in their own opinion, or will seek yours just to agree with them.]
RELIGIOUS – may dwell in local church but doesn’t like authority unless it is in authority [ religious denotes false humility, hypocrisy, not a doer of the word ]
Hides – often can seem normal, then suddenly without warning a situation arises and this spirit will take control causing havoc in others Lives. Only when true repentance comes will deliverance be possible.
…”God gives each person the freedom of choice. Everyone has the freedom to make decisions, to make mistakes, to think for himself, to communicate, to like or dislike, to express taste and creativity. Those in control are in worship of their own will with their way. THANK GOD FOR FREEDOM ! "
Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom !
One last admonition. WE ALL come from the kingdom of self into the KINGDOM OF GOD. Thus whenever we are fighting our own flesh, we are fighting off jezebel from giving in to that spirit. We ALL have this battle.
To the extent we are serving SELF, we are walking in JEZEBEL. Living for CHRIST JESUS means GIVING UP YOUR LIFE, and taking up HIS WILL for your life ! The more we are sanctified in His presence, the more we OVERCOME !
