Ps 35:1-4 AMP      [A Psalm] of David.
CONTEND, O Lord, with those who contend with me; fight against those who fight against me! 2 Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for my help!
3 Draw out also the spear and javelin and close up the way of those who pursue and persecute me. Say to me, I am your deliverance!  4 Let them be put to shame and dishonor who seek and require my life; let them be turned back and confounded who plan my hurt!

Ps 18:17-19 NKJV   He delivered me from my strong enemy, From those who hated me, For they were too strong for me.  18 They confronted me in the day of my calamity, But the LORD was my support.  19 He also brought me out into a broad place;  He delivered me because He delighted in me.

Isa 54:17 AMP     But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord.

Rom 12:20-21 AMP    But if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals upon his head. [Prov 25:21,22.]  21 Do not let yourself be overcome by evil, but overcome (master) evil with good.

2 Thess 3:13-15 AMP   And as for you, brethren, do not become weary or lose heart in doing right [but continue in well-doing without weakening]. 14 But if anyone [in the church] refuses to obey what we say in this letter, take note of that person and do not associate with him, so that he may be ashamed.  15  Do not regard him as an enemy, but simply admonish and warn him as [being still] a brother.

Prov 2:8,12   NKJV   He guards the paths of justice, And preserves the way of His saints.  To deliver you from the way of evil, From the man who speaks perverse things,
Prov 3:30 AMP   Contend not with a man for no reason--when he has done you no wrong. [Rom 12:18.]

Prov 6:16-19 AMP   These six things the Lord hates, indeed, seven are an abomination to Him:   17 A proud look [the spirit that makes one overestimate himself and underestimate others], a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, [Ps 120:2,3.]    18 A heart that manufactures wicked thoughts and plans, feet that are swift in running to evil, 19 A false witness who breathes out lies [even under oath], and he who sows discord among his brethren.

which You have prepared for those who trust in You in the presence of the sons of men!   20 You shall hide them in the secret place of Your presence
from the plots of man; You shall keep them secretly in a pavilion  from the strife of tongues.

Ps 35:24-28 NIV  Vindicate me in your righteousness, O LORD my God; do not let them gloat over me. 25 Do not let them think, "Aha, just what we wanted!" or say, "We have swallowed him up." 26 May all who gloat over my distress be put to shame and confusion; may all who exalt themselves over me be clothed with shame and disgrace.  27 May those who delight in my vindication shout for joy and gladness; may they always say, "The LORD be exalted, who delights in the well-being of his servant." 28 My tongue will speak of your righteousness and of your praises all day long.
