For I know that my old self is crucified with Christ, so that this body of sin might be done away with, that I should no longer be a slave to sin  anyone who has died has been freed from sin.  (Romans 6:6-7)

For by whom a person is overcome, by him also he is brought into bondage.

Father, I do not want to be overcome by the enemy.  I want to do Your will alone. You are my Adonai !   My Master !  Grant me the grace to obey only You.  Help me to overcome the spirit of gluttony and it's allies in my life. Help me to hate what You hate and to love what You love. You love me unconditionally Lord, and I ask for Your love to flow through me and destroy all fear, and insecurity that might lead to running to food for comfort. Give me SUPERNATURAL strength to overcome Lord. In the name and blood of Jesus.

All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful.  I choose to not be brought under the power of anything that is not of You.  1 Cor 6:12

My body is a member with Christ.  I am the temple of the Most Holy Spirit.

He who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.  1 Cor 6:17

I am not my own, I am bought and paid for with the blood of Jesus. Lord help me to glorify You in my body , and in my spirit which are God's. 1 Cor 6:20

Lord help motivate me to exercise. Unless you help me, I can't do it. My heart is willing but my flesh is weak. Help me to take one step at a time to overcome. Bring Your FIRE, and burn off all the resistance of the enemy on my WILL, and EMOTIONS Lord.

For I have been called to liberty; and I do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love, serve others. Gal 5:13

I will cry out to God Most High, to God who performs all things for me. He shall send from heaven and save me; He reproaches the one who would swallow me up. Selah  God shall send forth His mercy and His truth.  Lord speak truth to me when I need to hear it let me hear Your voice behind me saying, this is the way to walk. Correct me in Your lovingkindness Psalm 57:2-3

My soul wait silently for God alone, for my expectation is from Him.  He only is my rock and my salvation; He is my defense; I shall not be moved.  In God is my salvation and my glory;  The rock of my strength, and my refuge is in God.  I will trust in Him at all times, I will pour out my heart before Him. He is a refuge to me.  Psalm 62:5-8 

Father Help me NOW to know the depths of Your LOVE for me.  Help me to overcome any self rejection or self hatred that I can walk in TRUTH of Your love for me.  I AM YOUR FAVORITE, because I've said Yes to Your Son.  I am seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus, and I'm the head not the tail.  Whatever I ask that is in Your will, I know You will do Lord.

Grant me mercy and strength and POWER of Your grace to destroy the enemy's rulership in any and all areas of my life.  In the name and the blood of Jesus. AMEN !
